Shipping & Delivery

Order delivery time is divided into two parts:

Processing Time: Order verification, customization, quality check, and packaging. All orders are typically sent to our manufacturers for fulfillment within 72 hours of order placement and payment receipt.

Shipping Time: This refers to the time it takes for the goods to be shipped from our warehouse to your destination.

Standard Secure Shipping and Insurance takes 4 business days for delivery (if the item is in stock)

Insured Shipping: If your item is lost or damaged during shipping, we will resend a replacement item free of charge, provided you provide sufficient proof.

Priority Insured Shipping: Your order will be prioritized and placed at the top of our order list sent to the manufacturer daily. Depending on the volume of orders we receive, the estimated time may be similar/the same as standard shipping time. Your item is also insured.

**Due to our warehouses being located in different locations, some items may be shipped separately and arrive at different times.**

Tracking numbers usually take a few days to a week to update and show the correct tracking information. Please use a third-party website (such as https://17track.net) to track your order.

Depending on the volume of orders we receive, your shipping time may be longer than usual. Please rest assured that we are working hard to ship your order as quickly as possible. We understand that waiting longer than expected for your order can be frustrating, but we will never compromise on product quality. Thank you for your understanding.

Change Requests

If you need to make changes to your order, please email support@herbguru.com within 24 hours of placing your order, and we will gladly make the necessary changes for you. If your order has already been shipped, we will not be able to make any changes. Please be sure to confirm that you have selected the correct size and color to avoid any inconvenience.
